Set OR — Cesarean Section (Pre-op)
- ข้อบ่งชี้ C/S + ความเร่งด่วน (emergency/elective); ทำ TR ร่วมหรือไม่
- GA, fetal presentation, EFM ก่อนเข้า OR
- NPO time + aspiration prophylaxis
- เตรียมเลือด ตามความเสี่ยง PPH (placenta previa, prolonged labor)

- CBC, UA
- On EFM monitoring
💊 Medication
- NPO; shave and prep skin; retain Foley’s catheter
- Acetar 1,000 mL IV rate 120 mL/hr
- G/M PRC 2 units นำไป OR
- Cefazolin 2 g IV นำไป OR — surgical prophylaxis
- 0.3 M Sodium citrate 30 mL PO ก่อนไป OR
- ↳ non-particulate antacid ลดกรดในกระเพาะ ป้องกัน aspiration pneumonitis (Mendelson) กรณีต้องเปลี่ยนเป็น GA
- Cytotec (misoprostol 200) 4 tabs นำไป OR
- Duratocin (carbetocin) 1 amp นำไป OR — uterotonic กัน PPH
- Unison enema 1 ขวด (กรณี emergency)
